Cali955 is correct.  Just drove past the Oracle campus this morning and it is in Redwood Shores (actually Redwood City) CA.

It says the median income is that amount.  That doesn't mean that most people earn that amount.  It just means it's in the middle, which isn't the same statistically speaking!

This picture is not Cupertino, it is Redwood Shores.

This seems flawed, how can a family that earns $106,000 a year afford a $2.5M house.

You may want to check your facts on the tenth slide, Cupertino is not the home of Oracle as the picture says. The picture is of their HQ in Redwood Shores!

You just can't go by the price of houses you gotta go by taxes and other costs of living. I'm surprised New York isn't on here with the million $ houses (anywhere from a mill to 3 almost) in Bay Ridge, Manhattan and in Downtown Brooklyn.
