After working in a restaurant for many years. I found the best thing to clean and make your stainless steel sparkle. Very simple and so easy to use, it's WD-40, spray directly on the stainless or on a soft cloth, it is your choice, polish and remove the access. It will look like brand new

I have been told NOT to use a vinegar solution to clean my tile floor as it "eats" into the sanded grout system.

Just a couple off comments to add.if you power wash your house in preparation to paint and expose bare wood. then let it dry for a couple of weeks in dry weather.Do not use high pressure! Removing paint is not  what it is for.Loose paint should be removed with a scraper or orbital sander then power wash at low pressure to remove mildew and dust..Do not power wash your roof it you have asphalt shingles. You can buy roof washes which contain peroxide and they work very well.Better still hire someone.
