I learned while training for a locating job (utilities like gas, power, cable) that if you have dead or overgrowing grass in your yard, especially in a suspiciously straight line, you may want to have the gas company come out and locate their piping to see if it lines up with your odd zone.  Leaking gas lines will cause grass to grow like crazy but then kill it, over time.  Just a heads up.  Locating is a free service (at least to the homeowner here) so better safe than sorry, right?

I know people who stress over their lawns more than they do over bathing.
For those folks..... get an artificial lawn put in so you can sleep at night.

I see the kid sitting there, I am 100 % sure you are not going to fertilize, spay pesticides or herbicides on that lawn at all, never mind what all 3 does to your ground water underneath.--Now that was easy and cheap for you, yes, I have been to over 7200 food/medical laboratories in USA and CDN, working at Molecular level instrumentation applications! I can never approve any of the add ons on a house lawn ever, unless you want to see what it looks like in your Colon, or your Lungs, never  mind the 150 other cancers you proly have never even heard about!

Yes, stop the waste of water on lawns.  This is a diminishing natural resource that we have wasted.

1 thing you have to know about your lawn. its just Dirt. and when the dirt is old it grows things and 90% of it is grass. and then you have your crab grass. and your dead grass. and your cut grass over your grass. list goes on. but no matter how you look at your lawn its just Dirt. Yes come look at my dirt.

When do you cut your dirt ?

Grass and trees might make a house look nice. But if you get rid of your grass and pave over all of it

your house would look like it is worth more and secretly increase the value to those that think so.

So get rid of the green and pocket the rest. why spend thousands of dollars on gas just to cut Dirt ?

Think of all the money you would save without a lawn Wow Hey if you have a good size lawn

then those savings is going to be like Christmas each month you don't have to cut it.

Oh well that's just one way of looking at it with you coming into he green instead of spending it.

hey you think its green cause it cost money to cut ? or if you turned it in and paved it all it would bring you money ? hmm k bye

Lawns and how we manage them are poisoning the earth....stop with all the **** weed killer, fertilizer, overmowing, over watering crap....educate yourself instead of buying into the corporate line of products that are anything but healthy....momo culture grass is not a healthy lawn....use a natural ferilizer, re-seed lightly as needed, keep your grass at a longer length...it is not a putting green...and stop wasting water on it...
