I think you, NBC, ought to find out the zip code where the stupidest people live. I presume it is the zip code where your reporters write your news.

These reporters need to do their homework before publishing an article, we have very expensive zipcode in most estates. They forgot this zip down here in Miami 33139. Nothing here goes under $10m, but anyway who cares what the houses on these zip sale for.

Those are some awesome pad's for sure, but just because I don't have enough money for that lifestyle right now doesn't mean I won't attain it in the future. Anyone from any socioeconomic background can have "taste" and "class" even without having the funds to fully express their ideal interior setting. Instead of pointing and blaming others, lets work together to make every home as beautiful. Instead of building a select few citadels in our cities, lets invest in a higher standard and build beautiful cities.

This is exactly what's wrong with america and why it is failing.  The gap between the rich and poor is increasing and is now at the same level as the 1920's......hmmm if this keeps up.....1929 will return....another depression because of greed.

While showing how the top 1% appeals to some folks, I have grown weary of all the aplomb and celebrity given to the upper crust of American society.  And, no, this is not "sour grapes" because I am perfectly content in my not-so-rich and powerful setting as a Middle Class American.  But there is way too much attention given to the rich and super rich, powerful and super powerful, while the rest of us (the 99%, the 47% or the 52%) work each day to make ends meet.  The fat cats rule America, watching without remorse as the Middle Class is whittled away.  Wow.  How impressive is that?  "Share the wealth" is not in their matrix.

I just like looking at these homes.  I don't wish to live in any of them...well maybe one or two.  I would actually prefer to have the money that people spend on these homes.   It appears that Ernest is an angry individual.  Why get so angry over an article about the richest zip codes.  It seems to me that you do wish you could live in one of those zip codes.

Even if my bank account was thick enough to buy one of these homes,  I'd never be happy at any of them.  Especially living in NY city.  Can only take it in short visits.  The only place that might be cool enough to buy is a place in the Hamptons.

Who cares about the richest zip codes, the only ones that are worried about the richest zip codes is the reporter who wrote this article and all the ones who wish the lived in the same zip code as the rich. Get off this rich sh%t and get one with your lives. The only people who are worried about the rich are the ones who wished they had their money. Me I really don't care because I look at like this. I have to use the 5, 10, 20, 50 and 100 dollar bills as the do. The only difference is they have more that I do. It buys the same goods, same cars food, same TV's, what every you want to think of. I have hobnobed with millionaires and there just like me. They don't have different blood because there rich they bleed the same way. So for everyone get off the rich sh%t and get a live.

If you want to buy something that expensive then you should take advantage of FHA loans. You can check if condo is FHA approved on the HUD site. The data is not available at night or weekends though. http://homebuyerwise​.com/FHA provides the data 24/7.
