I would put most parts of Texas, 100 days of 100 plus degree weather a year, combined with bigotry, narrow mindedness and racism make for a miserable stew !

I am a developer. Many of you do not see our side of the equation. Old deteriorated cities are renovated by us with our investments of time, money and work. But why would we choose to renovate old dilapidated buildings in these cities when we are punished for it by already-high taxes that are then increased when you fix up a place? These are slumlord areas that will stay that way until people who want to fix it up are not punished for it. Government is the problem in these areas. They keep taking away and giving away, while keeping so much for themselves.

Why is new york on that list? The other cities listed are all having terrible economic and housing problems.  New York is not having any of those problems.

This report has one FLAW.  Warren, Michigan is not even close to the others.  It is the home to the General Motors Technical Center and the Crime Rate is extremely low.  Now DETROIT & FLINT should be NUKED and eliminated from the face of the EARTH!  They can spend all the money in the world on DOWNTOWN DETROIT and the rest of the CITY IS A CESSPOOL of uneducated and Government Dependent LOSERS!

well people you voted for this fool ( again ) knowing he cant run again do you really think he give's a dam if he doesn't keep his promises , he doesn't pay for gas , he doesn't pay for food , he doesn't pay any utility bills , we pay all his bills for him . what has he really done for anyone but himself are you better off than you were no , bush was just an idiot with a ego problem and destroyed this country ,other countries think we are a joke now and its going to bite us in the **** soon , these fools in government don't get it , we need to fix us first let the other countries worry about themselves we have enough problems at home , why should any child in this country go hungry or be homeless because of these politicians ego trips , gas has tripled ,food has tripled , people kicked out of there homes , and your worried about immigrant's are you serious , fix the problems of the people that pay your dam salary before you worry about other countries , time to grow a set and start kicking these fools out of office .

You should add Zephyrhills , Fl. to the list, there are no job's except in a grocery store and the empty and run down home's and also some of the people are some real winner's.

Lake County is among the coolest in the Northwest burbs of Chicago.  If you're not making money, you're not trying.  The commute is like all 6 Chicagoland Counties.  The weather is exactly what one would expect.  It's not flipping Alaska.  Where do these results come from?

 liberals love poverty how else could they have a excuse to live off tax payers. Did not the liberal freaks declare war on poverty years ago? I wonder what would have happened if all the trillions were just giving to poor people rather than government workers?
