FIND YOUR DREAM HOME OR APARTMENT
I have no idea how Cin, Ohio never made this..i just recently got done with school, and my buddy just moved there for work but that place is awesome; from the drive thru liquir stores to the Haufbrau haus across the river it has me sold. Still confused on how IN made this list, I grew up in a small farm town in IL and that state is still too boring for me.
Problem with Charlottesville and Williamsburg are its crummy students...it's like having mini-Hitlers running around everywhere. Wish they would stick to teaching students how to do things, rather than indoctrinating them with a bunch of arcane social theories. Also, I get tired of the entitled, conservative snots they seem to exclusively recruit these days.
You guys are so full of ****. You show the average price in Greenbrier in Charlottesville, Va. as 205,000.. That must mean that there are quite a few under 200,000.00. Show them to me and not through an agent. I am one. Get a little respectability because you make us all look like crap. Am I willing to meet with one of you sleeveballls; absolutely!

Yeah it gets hot here too. I like a snowy christmas. This isnt a creeper website for old millionaires its a forum talking about college towns. Im not debating climates and parts of the world. Whats your real name bud I'd like to post your sex offender listing. What are you level 3, level 2 maybe?
If you can have an open mind try Grand Forks North Dakota or Fargo North Dakota. These towns are an hour apart, they have Minnesota lakes country literally a stones throw away because we are on the eastern border on the Red River of the North sharing borders with Minnesota,There is great North Dakota hunting and our economy is resession proof. We have Oil bigger than Texas or Alaska, everyone has money, everyones friendly and curtious. We have food due to excellent agriculture ITS CHEEP!, life is cheap in Eastern ND, People still know what its like to put in a hard days work and go to church.
There is no crime and schools here are great. Both community's have great colleges (North Dakota State University) and (University of North Dakota) and have over 300,000 people between the two cities. NDSU just won the BCS national football championship and UND has 7 National Hockey championships with a $140 million dollar facility for its Hockey, basketball and volleyball ETC programs.
These people for the most part (I cant speak for everyone) are some of the last REAL people in the nation. Yes there is a trade off and I feel its small but it is flat farm land in a very fertile farm area of the country and it gets cold in the winter. Suck it up for a few months and the rest of the years just fine. A fool is born everyday but in North Dakota, a millionaire is born everyday. You want to live great. Come to the upper midwest.
