Well Bob I dont make up my God. If you beleave what you are saying I see no fact of it written anywhere. Interesting you are like most people that beleave (something ) is out there. But like most of those whom beleave in something they just follow what ( they ) think a God would be like. And most of them want him to be like they are. Something like what you are talking about. Interesting Bob. Interesting. We have rules and it is sure not easy to follow them. I dont think you have any.

… or, How Obama was Re-elected:
When devastating hurricanes struck the East Coast, even
houses of worship were not spared. A local television station
interviewed a woman from New York's Harlem area and asked
how the loss of churches in the area had affected their lives.
Without hesitation, the woman replied, "I don't know 'bout all
them other peoples, but we haven't gone to Church's in years.
We gets our chicken from Popeye's."

It is so ironic that people don't know what they say. You can definitely convert a chapel or a church's meeting building into a condo, but you can NEVER convert a church into condo. A church is not a building or chapel. A church is a group of people called out to meet together in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ...

These are the most stunning, awe inspiring renovations I have EVER seen - and I'm a regular reader of Architectural Digest! Churches (particularly older churches) were typically built with more strength, endurance, and character. These renovated homes appear to have graceful flairs of sublimity, respect for the former grounds, and actual hominess! Amazing. I want one! :)

Churches and synagogs go condo? Also depots, department stores, mansions, old hospitals.
So....what? When my wife and I began going to our current church, they had two "campuses" with live bands, full services and the message projected on the big screens from the live sermon. They were excited that they got 7000 people on Christmas. That was 5 years ago. Now there are 5 campuses, and we had 38,000 people on Christmas.
If this lame story is to show churches are disappearing, that is a joke. Not going to happen.

I see all the atheist are all out and well making there smart a@@ comments. Trust me people there are more God loving, fearing people than there are atheist. God loves you anyway, even if you don't see him today I am sure tomorrow will come for you and you will see him face to face. Then call it as you DON'T SEE it. A building does not make a church. But the prayers in that building are sacred. Good luck with living their.

I can't believe that there are so many ignorant people in this world, My friends he may be invisible but he is our god and believe me he will show you he is real. You just wait till some really bad event comes into your world you'll find yourself on your knees praying and see who's going to be there for you God and your best friend. And for your information not all church's are historical some special event or events must have to have taken place in order to become an historical building but never the less, Just preserving such a magnificent building preserved is wonderful. And if people have the money to make it their own by renovating it and make it their home, I'm sure they also have the money for their light bill. My only thoughts are, that these same people share their wealth with those in need all over the world. And that goes to all the wealthy, wealthy people all over the world.
READ THE BIBLE PEOPLE IT'LL MAKE YOU SO MUCH RICHER
