Man. They forgot places all over Texas.
The Houston suburbs are the best and most affordable around! On top of that, oil is still running strong, thus the unemployment rate is lower than most places in the US.
East Norriton? I live in Philly. That's not a good place . . .

Hah I'm from a suburb of Boston, MA and $267,500 sounds dirt cheap to me.

What? East Norriton ranked #5 most affordable suburb in the nation? I used to live there long time ago,it was great back then but today, NO WAY!! Lots of traffic!! I think that's absurd of you ranking that town.

Out of curiosity, how do you have a CABIN in San Juan???? I have lived here in South O.C. for a LONG time and yet to see a cabin. Unless of course you meant Big Bear... Just Wondering... I may be interested...

flrican- I understand that a tornado recently tore thru Philidelphia and did ove $50 million in improvements. Lighten up on Texas, or we'll ask G.W. to move there from Dallas and raise the overall IQ of both cities.

To the number one post... Keep in mind, you'd be living in Texas. So there is your downside right there.

Can't imagine anyone wanting to live in Pataskala, Ohio unless you want to get away from everything. "Three downtowns"!!. Sure, if you consider a gas station with a convenience store and an empty farm store to be a "downtown".

Agreed. THE only place I would live is Seattle. Why would anyone want to live in some east coast slum or redneck hill-scoggin town in bfe tejas?
